Shipping Policy

All MASUK products are shipped from the Netherlands using a secure, fully tracked delivery service. We offer free shipping on all orders over €30, automatically applied at checkout. Please note that free shipping does not include duties or taxes.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Kindly ensure that a valid residential address is provided at checkout. MASUK is unable to offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds for orders shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses, or other temporary locations.

MASUK cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Once an order has been placed and processed by our warehouse, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Delivery times begin from dispatch and are estimates only.
