Shipping Policy

All MASUK products are shipped from the Netherlands using a secure, fully trackable delivery service. We offer free shipping on all orders over €30, automatically applied at checkout. Please note: free shipping excludes import duties and taxes.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure a valid residential address is provided at checkout. MASUK cannot redirect, hold, or refund packages for orders shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses, or other temporary locations.

MASUK cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Once an order has been placed and processed by our warehouse, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Delivery times start from dispatch and are indicative only.
