We truly hope you love your MASUK pieces as much as we do. If something doesn’t feel quite right, you’re welcome to return your MASUK product(s) free of charge within 14 days of delivery.

To ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene, returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, unopened cardboard outer packaging. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept or refund returns that don’t meet these conditions.

When sending your return, please choose a sturdy cardboard shipping box to help protect your item(s) on their journey back to us.

Send a short message via the contact form or email info@masuk-socks.com and please include your order number so we can help you quickly. After approval, you will receive a free, printable return label with clear instructions.
