We hope you love your MASUK products as much as we do. Does something not feel quite right? You can return your MASUK product(s) free of charge within 14 days of delivery.

To ensure our high quality and hygiene standards, returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, unopened cardboard outer packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept or refund returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please send your return in a sturdy cardboard shipping box, so that your product(s) are well protected on their way back to us.

How to return?

Send a short message via the contact form or an email to info@masuk-socks.com and state your order number so we can assist you quickly. Returns cost €3.99. Once approved, you will receive a printable return label with clear instructions.
